Shipping & Returns
At Applied Vision Sports, we stand behind the quality of our training gear and apparel. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:
Returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
Item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received it.
Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided.
Items returned that do not meet these criteria may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return:
Email our support team at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
Once your request is approved, we’ll send return instructions and the return address.
Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
Please retain your tracking number until your return is complete.
3. Return Shipping
Unless the return is due to our error (defect or incorrect item), return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
We recommend using a shipping method with tracking and insurance. Applied Vision Sports is not responsible for returned items that are lost in transit.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
You will be notified via email about the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Shipping charges (original or return) are non-refundable, except when an error occurred on our part.
Refunds may take additional time to appear on your billing statement depending on your payment provider.
5. Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange an item for a different size or product:
Follow the return process above.
Place a new order for the replacement item, or let us know and we can assist with availability.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
Inspect your order upon receipt.
Contact [email protected] within 14 days of delivery.
Include photos of the defective/damaged item and packaging, plus your order number.
We will process a replacement or refund for items confirmed to be defective or damaged.
7. Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for returns or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
